Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our pest control services. Can't find your answer? Give us a call.

General

Yes. We offer pet-safe and eco-conscious product options, applied per label by licensed technicians. We focus on bait stations, crack-and-crevice, and targeted exterior applications to keep exposure low for the people and animals you live with.

Never. We don't do long-term commitments — quarterly and bi-monthly maintenance plans can be cancelled any time. We earn every visit. If we stop being worth it, you stop.

Most calls book inside 24 hours, and same-day service is available when our route allows. Call or text — a real person on our team will pick up.

That's what the re-service warranty is for. See activity between visits and we'll come back out to re-treat at no charge.

Call or text us and we'll get a technician back out to re-treat the affected area at no additional charge — no claim form, no fee. On recurring plans, a co-owner personally follows up after a re-service visit to confirm the issue is actually resolved. We don't consider the job done until it is.

A licensed technician walks the property first to identify pests, entry points, and risk areas, and talks you through your options before any treatment starts. Then we apply the full 5-step treatment — power spray, waterproof granules, dust injections, an interior/garage pass on request, and de-webbing — tailored to what we found, not a one-size-fits-all spray.

Yes — quarterly plans run year-round. Winter pest pressure at Wasatch elevations doesn't stop, it just moves indoors: rodent activity peaks inside walls and attics, and nests built in fall usually sit dormant, which makes winter the safest window of the year to have one removed before spring activity picks back up.

Services

Yes — residential, commercial, multi-family and HOA. We tailor the program to the property and the people, not a corporate template.

We handle the full range: ants, spiders, wasps, mice, rats, voles, earwigs, box elder bugs, cockroaches, and more. If it's bugging you, we can help.

Both. We offer standalone treatments for immediate problems plus quarterly and bi-monthly maintenance plans for ongoing protection. No contract required on any option.

A standard visit includes a full exterior perimeter treatment, targeted interior applications as needed, de-webbing, bait station checks, and entry-point inspection. We customize based on what we find.
