Do I have to sign a contract?
No — we're offering no-contract options on every plan. Service is month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime. Some customers choose a contract rate for a discount, but it's never required.
What happens if pests come back between visits?
We come back and re-treat at no charge. It's part of every General Pest Plan — we don't consider the job done until the problem is actually resolved.
Can I just book one visit instead of a plan?
Yes — our one-time service covers a single issue with the same full treatment and an upfront, free quote. You can move to a quarterly plan later if you decide ongoing coverage makes sense.
